2D construction design as the baseline; for complex MEP nodes, on request, BIM modeling and clash detection are added to the process, up to LOD 300.

We carry out controls-focused review and optimization of heating, cooling and ventilation systems in existing buildings, regardless of manufacturer, in line with the EN ISO 52120-1 standard. The survey covers the current and achievable efficiency class, and delivers concrete modernization proposals — such as pressure-independent valves, demand-controlled regulation, and pump optimization.
